LIGNOTESTING, a.s. has been notified for harmonised standard EN 16034
Since December 2016, LIGNOTESTING, a.s (Notified body No. 1478) has been notified for harmonised EN 16034 for windows, external pedestrian doorsets, industrial, commercial, garage doors with fire resistance, and/or smoke control.
Harmonised standard EN 16034:2014 was cited in the Official Journal of the European Union with the restriction that shall only be applied together with either EN 14351-1:2006+A2:2016 or EN 13241-1:2003+A2:2016. It means that certificates according to this standard can be issued only for windows, external pedestrian doorsets, industrial, commercial, garage doors with fire resistance and/or smoke control.
Internal pedestrian doorsets (EN 14351-2) and power operated pedestrian doorsets (EN 16361) are not covered by any harmonised standard. For this reason, it is not currently possible to issue certificates according to EN 16034 for internal and power operated doors.
LIGNOTESTING, a.s. has already issued certificates according to harmonised standard EN 16034
On 4 January 2017, LIGNOTESTING, a.s (Notified body No. 1478) issued the first certificates for external pedestrian doorsets with fire resistance and smoke control according to harmonised EN 16034 and EN 14351-1:2006+A2:2016.

Further information about dealing with complaints:
The customer can file a complaint or appeal within 15 days of the end of the activity, unless the other period is agreed.
Complaints or appeals must be solved immediately, but not later than 60 days after receipt.
The customer is informed about the result in writing.
The Procedure for filing complaints or appeals is defined in the Quality manuals of the company LIGNOTESTING, a.s. that are available for the customer at the company office.
Any discriminatory restrictions against customers are not permitted.
