Filing Complaints and Appeals
The customer has the right to file a complaint or appeal regarding the activities performed by
Lignotesting.
Complaints or appeals must be submitted in writing to the company’s address:

Further information on how to file a complaint or appeal:
The customer may file a complaint or appeal within 15 days of the completion of the relevant activity, unless a different period is agreed or specified.
Complaints or appeals must be dealt with immediately, no later than 60 days after receipt.
The customer will be informed of the outcome in writing.
The procedure for the submission of complaints or appeals is described in the documentation of LIGNOTESTING, which is available to the customers at the head office of the company.
The filing of a complaint or appeal will not be the subject of any discriminatory action against the customer.
