Based on the provided information, such as the type of product or requested service, we will contact you for additional required information.
After receiving all the required information, the process will continue with the submission of the request or order.
The entire process will be clearly explained and we will guide you through it.
We will prepare the agreement and send it to you for signature, or we will confirm your order. Both will include all details of our cooperation.
Certification or testing will be carried out on the agreed date under the supervision of our staff.
After evaluating the results of the certification or completion of the tests, we will issue a certificate or a test report.
The certificate will be added to the list of issued certificates (for certification of construction products).
